A simple 3-Step process
The TruCenter assessment walks your leaders and congregation members through a fully-guided, three-step reflection and discovery process that only takes about 30 minutes to complete.
Step One
Share success stories
Using a link unique to your church, members register and share a few of their most meaningful and satisfying achievements. These stories can be from any part of their lives, and we’ll help them choose which stories to share.
Step Two
Answer questions
Members will then answer a series of questions about their success stories, and how they felt, what they did, what they enjoyed, and why the stories they shared matter. They’ll do this by ranking their answers on a scale of 1-10.
Step Three
Get personalized results
When the assessment is complete, we’ll apply proprietary science and human design insights to produce a personalized report that reveals their MCode. This report is shared with the individual and their church leadership.

Stories: Your stories reveal who you are and how God made you
Your stories tell us a lot about what makes you YOU and how you contribute to the world around you — and it’s not just about what you’ve achieved so far. It’s also about which of your achievement stories carry the most meaning.
TruCenter asks individuals to revisit their highest points and proudest accomplishments — times in their lives when they loved what they were doing and were happy, fully engaged, deeply satisfied, giving it their all, and showing up at their best.
The assessment guides each person step-by-step through the process of choosing their stories, identifying important details from their experiences, and sharing their stories.
Questions: How you feel about your stories makes a difference
Your stories can be from any part of your life because what matters even more than your achievements is how you felt in the moment and what those experiences mean to you today.
All of the questions individuals are asked during the assessment are about their own stories and why they matter. Their WHY is one of the driving factors that will reveal what they value and find important, what they’re great at and enjoy doing, and what motivates them to do the things they do.
Each person will answer questions about the stories they shared using a scale of 1-10 to uncover the roles played, the actions taken, the achievements experienced, and why it all matters.
