Through self-guided training videos you will learn how to apply the TruCenter results to your existing leadership or coaching model, or perhaps help you establish a coaching program for the very first time. Along with the training videos you will receive a facilitator’s guide that includes explanations of all the motivations and dimensions and learn how to give a meaningful feedback to an individual.
Certified facilitators also enjoy a revenue share on all assessments they sell.
