The TruCenter assessment walks your leaders and congregation members through a fully-guided, three-step reflection and discovery process that only takes about 30 minutes to complete.
Step One
Share success stories
Using a link unique to your church, members register and share a few of their most meaningful and satisfying achievements. These stories can be from any part of their lives, and we’ll help them choose which stories to share.
Step Two
Answer questions
Members will then answer a series of questions about their success stories, and how they felt, what they did, what they enjoyed, and why the stories they shared matter. They’ll do this by ranking their answers on a scale of 1-10.
Step Three
Get personalized results
When the assessment is complete, we’ll apply proprietary science and human design insights to produce a personalized report that reveals their MCode. This report is shared with the individual and their church leadership.
