The TruCenter assessment is a fully-guided, three-step reflection and discovery process that takes about 30 minutes to complete.
Step One
Share success stories
You start by sharing a few of your most meaningful and satisfying achievements. These stories can be from any part of your life, and these stories are what make TruCenter so powerful.
Step Two
Answer questions
You answer answer a series of questions about these stories – how you felt, what you did, and why they matter. You do this by ranking your answers on a scale of 1-10.
Step Three
Get personalized results
When the assessment is complete, we’ll apply proprietary science and human design insights to produce a personalized report that reveals your unique motivations. You’ll get a report that lays out clear insights.
